The work was good, the tech was excellent. The install looks great so far. However I'm not happy with the pricing. $341 to install plus $69 to come out is very expensive to me. But it's how the pricing was presented to me is what I'm really unhappy with. When I called I was told they couldn't tell me a price because the tech has to "assess" the job and the price is based on that, because there might be some unforeseen complications. However when the tech came, there was no assessment. He told me the price and invoice says "install client supplied kitchen faucet". So clearly the price is set and I could have been told over the phone. I realize this is an industry standard but it shouldn't be. The customer should be told the cost for single jobs (install faucet, replace toilet, etc). In the future this is going to make me look for a private plumber rather than go through a company. The service from the tech was outstanding, very professional and the job got done. But your pricing policy leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent workmanship. 5 star service. Cleanup done with walk around for all plumbing and fixtures. 3 baths and furnace room.

Took the time to go through the potential problems causing the dishwasher issue. Ended up being an appliance issue not a plumbing one. Good technician that did the best he could to resolve the problem

Asked them about the fan after they got here and they were kind enough to go back to the Calgary warehouse to find the right one and come back and install it.

The Guys were really nice and helpful however, this company is WAY too pushy with their home inspections. For this reason would not use again and would not recommend. We have used them twice and both times we said o to the home inspection and both times workers insisted. Don't blame workers as this is obviously company policy. Won't use again because of this :(

Ran a camera into the weeping tile, gave me suggestions on the next step to repair.

Top to bottom inspection of all the plumbing and fixtures in our 20-year old, newly purchased home, including a camera probe of the drain out to the street. The inspection was included in our Diamond Club subscription at no extra cost. Wayne was happy to explain all the maintenance that we need to do, and identify any potential issues to watch for in future so we can head things off before they become emergencies.

The stack had become clogged with hair/debris resulting in the seal breaking between the shower drain and the pipe allowing water to flow down through to the main floor living area.
I originally called a local plumber that my landlord used for previous smaller jobs and they were unable to find the actual problem and quoted us an outrageous amount to totally gut and redo basically the whole bathroom. They also quoted a timeline of a month before they could get started. This, being the only shower in the house, was not feasible and so I called around and found the Gentleman plumbers. Richard arrived the following day to assess the job and give us a quote and within a few days they came to begin the project. Our plumber, Richard, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his craft and he made sure to explain everything to our satisfaction. He stayed within the price he quoted originally even though the scope of the work changed a bit when he found the real problem after he had begun the job.
I would recommend The Gentleman Plumbers to anyone and they will be the first people I call for any future plumbing problems I have.

We thought our apartment complex had a backed up washing machine drain. Brian the technician worked to re create the problem to solve it rather that start the work right away. We were able to determine that it was not the drain but rather the machine, and Brian was able to save us money by not doing uncessary plumbing work. It was greatly appreciated!
