Need to do price check to keep them honest
Hello Trevor C in Hinton, we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We do all that we can to ensure we are upfront in our pricing with our straight forward pricing guide and obtain signature authorization before we start any work. We also try to provide as many options as we can so that our customers can choose what they are comfortable having done. In some cases, we know that simply repairing something is not in the best interest of our clients and we may suggest replacement in that case. We have tried to find you in our system so that we can reach out and learn what went wrong here, and how we could do better. We can't seem to find you in our database, and we don't service the Hinton area at this time. If someone feels we haven't delivered, or believes we are not being honest, we take it very seriously. If we did provide services to you, we would like an opportunity to make this right.
