Plumber came quickly, explained everything in detail (layman's terms). Service was done quickly and efficiently. After service documentation was very comprehensive for record keeping of home services.

The plumbers were courteous, kind, detailed and determined. The left the area clean and tidy. They had to do some investigative work to find the leak and they persevered until it was found. I will definitely use them again.

I called this company to reattach my existing toilet. They told me that it will cost a travel fee + time that take to fix it. I never had issues with companies with high reviews from homestars. So I left my parents who does not speak English and went to work. Two technicians called my husband 9:44am said it will cost $426 to reattaching toilet with a new wax ring which is extremely high. and they offered free home inspection for some reasons which we dont need.... The technicians called my husband at 10:59am that it completed but they were spending time chatting in our dinning table for 20-30 min. I had great experience with other plumber companies from homestarts. I am sure that other technicians from this companies are excellent. but I felt strongly taken advantage because I was not at home. They quoted me an approximate cost (travel fee + hourly rate) and when I wasnt available they quoted a higher cost (travel fee + by the job not hourly). I feel this was dishonest.

I had a back up in my kitchen sink the came from the sewage line. Gentlemen Plumbers were very responsive to my service request. Scott arrived barely 2 hours after the initial service call. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure to explain the problem to me and the various options towards resolution. There was no up sell and he worked hard to give me a cost effective solution. I am very happy with the service and will use Gentlemen Plumbers services again.

After I discovered a sewer back up in my basement one morning., I called the Gentlemen Plumbers right away. I was told that someone would be out in the afternoon. The technician arrived before 100 PM and began evaluating the problem. Once the sewer back-up situation was resolved, we discussed other plumbing equipment that needed. I was very happy that the technician was able to take the time to replace faucets and washing machine hoses and rearrange some plumbing to bring it into compliance with the Code.
The technician was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and he communicated clearly to me what the problems were and how they were repaired and resolved.

Great work / fast / knowledgable tech. Would use again without question. Thanks again for the great work.

Congrats to Walter and Steven for a job well done. From the quick response time to book the appointment, the call in the morning to ask if the service technicians could arrive earlier than stated was handled in a professional manner. We were very impressed when Walter arrived looking very clean and professional in a shirt and tie. After assessing the problems, extra help was called in. Walter and Steven worked effeciently through the remainder of the day. We were very impressed that neither one stopped for breaks and were very good about letting us know what they were doing along the course of the day, when they had to shut down the water. Thank you Walter and Steven for a job very well done.
