Dave helped me with a kitchen faucet leakage earlier this year and has helped me with a plugged sewer drain this time. It's very easy to book an appointment. Call centre staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked on a Friday and had service on the Monday (it wasn't an emergency). Dave is fantastic, very professional and very knowledgable. Took the time to diagnose the problem, solve it and test it to make sure the problem was solved. Explained everything pertinent along the way and offered suggestions and tips to prevent future problems. Very tidy, no clean up needed after Dave left. Love their straightforward pricing. Great work Dave! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.
