Ali was very informative about every step of the process while making the repair. He took the time to access the whole situation, not just quickly do the repair and leave. He also assessed the rest of the plumbing in the condo and made recommendations as to small things that could be done that would potentially be big issues down the road. Very professional and well spoken. You definitely found a valuable employee with your company!
