Brakkas did a great job installing the water heater in a difficult space. He clearly explained the pricing options.
It was frustrating that dispatch made the job more difficult by ignoring my clear instructions that due to the difficult space it was imperative that they send a second person. If I had not helped with some lifts I don't see how the job would have been accomplished.
I would recommend that the company puts a higher priority on protecting the surface when moving units over hardwood or working on hardwood. I should have been more proactive in the working on hardwood part.
