Adam was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained, in terms we could understand, each step of the process.
It's encouraging to have someone do work for you that has mastered and displays real 'customer focus'. We know that we have additional plumbing fixes / projects around our home. We will definitely call and request Adam to come and do this work.
I have already passed along the very good experience we had with Action Auger - The Gentlemen Plumbers to friends and will continue to. Finding a decent Plumber is parallel to finding a good fit for a Doctor, Dentist etc.
