Replace kitchen and bathroom faucets and 2 toilet flush kits
Kitchen and bathroom faucets were old and leaking. We had purchased new hardware and needed them installed. Also 2 dripping bathtubs needed repair. Adam was very nice, polite, arrived on time etc but I was really shocked that he took almost 7 hours to do just the faucets. This basically took up our whole day! We were also upset that he asked NOT to put the plug piece into the downstairs washroom because it has a pedestal sink and that would make it very difficult for him! We agreed but were unhappy about that and found it extremely unprofessional.
He did not fix the bathtubs and said he'd have to come back another day.
He did give us a quote after the inspection and we agreed to it, but in hindsight wish that we had held off and got a second quote. We feel the price we paid for the work done was excessive. The time taken was ridiculous, we were stuck at home from 10.00am til 5.00pm.
We will be using a different company to finish the job including installing the plug that he didn't want to do.
