The fellows, Rich and Danny, were exceptional. So highly skilled and friendly and professional. I feel very confident about the quality of their work. And their patience and ability to problem solve. The first new furnace to arrive was the wrong one, which was frustrating for everyone, but they persevered. The day became much longer than originally anticipated, but they were excellent and worked tirelessly until the job was done. I'm so grateful!
