Horrendou. After finding a leak in my hot water tank early one morning, I googled Plumbers in my area and found The Gentlemen Plumbers number. I called and they made arrangements to come out the same day between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM and they did show up at 1:00 PM. They gave a courtesy call 30 minutes prior, which was nice. A professional company for sure. Arrived at the time they specified and gave a 30 minute pre-arrival call. Removed the old tank, picked up the new one and replaced it. After the Serviceman left I still didn't have hot water, but after calling he returned and got it going again. Haven't had any other problems. They provide a good service but are a bit higher priced than other companies because they're available 24/7.
