So impressed with the professional and friendly Adam from Gentlemen Plumbers! Faced with a job that should have been a simple unblocking of a drain, but was made challenging by ancient pipes and some weird renovations in the past, he stuck with it cheerfully and patiently.

I felt rather embarassed that he left our bathroom quite a bit cleaner than it had been before he started.

And our cat really liked him, which is, of course, the highest praise possible :)
