I live in an older home and had a mystery odor in the basement that was only getting worse and more annoying by the day. Rick asked a lot of questions, kept troubleshooting and kept poking around until we found the cause: a cracked cast iron toilet flange. Once discovered, he was very clear going through my costs and options. He fixed the issue the same day and made sure to double check for leaks before he left. Very courteous and did solid work.
