Had a leaking ceiling from an ice dam on my townhouse roof. Brad and Dennis came promptly to investigate and repair and discuss future maintenance to ensure no more ice dams. Very happy with their service.

17 year shingles have disintegrated. Lost several shingles in the windstorm of Dec '21.
Sent request through their website. Got response within a couple hours.
Brad came by the next morning. Explained everything in detail.
Crew was on my roof tarping as requested that afternoon before the snow fell that night.

It's been really windy lately and we've been finding shingles in our backyard. I called Roof Repairs.ca today and reached Kim, directly. I explained my situation and that I'm not qualified to get on the roof to check, myself.
Kim explained the Roofing Repairs.ca approach to me and in an effort to assuage my fears, suggested that, in many cases, the shingles are from someone else's roof. Kim connected with Brad immediately after our call. I received a message confirming the appointment was booked and another one updating me when Brad was on the way. He arrived at my door within 45 minutes of my original call.
He was done his inspection within minutes of arriving, but not without a thorough look at both mine and my neighbours' roofs. He showed me pictures of my roof that, thankfully, showed it to be in good condition. Sorry for my neighbours, and thankful for Kim and Brad!

My chimney contractor recommended RoofRepairs.ca as folks who could quickly track down a leak in my roof. Long story short, they responded immediately and had effected the (minor but important) repair the next day. The price was much more than fair and a marked a welcome end to a somewhat stressful incident. Would happily recommend!

I had a slow water leak coming from the chimney for awhile now and didn't know who to call. Spoke to a chimney repair company and they highly recommended Brad from Roof Repairs. So, I called Brad and within a few hours, Kim called back to say Brad was on his way, wow, same day service.
Brad found some missing shingles under the flashing and within the hour, bought and installed a few shingles. The job looked great. Now, anything around the roof/chimney was water tight. The only other issue may come from the crown on the top of the chimney.
A week or so later, it rained and found less water coming into the basement. I called Brad that day and was shocked he was able to come over super quick. Back up on the roof, Brad found a gap between the crown and flue. He caulked the crack and didn't charge for the service call. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The last few days have been raining and the basement is now dry. :-)

Our interior bathroom ceiling started to pool water. We diagnosed that it came from the roof vent. A company was scheduled to make the repairs October 7th. With the incoming rain we were concerned about more water damage. I contacted Roof Repairs who came out within the hour and fixed our problem. I met Brad in the fall of 2021. His guys replaced a skylight and repaired my chimney as well as replacing some tiles on our Marley roof. They did a great job at a reasonable cost. Brad believes in prevention rather than waiting to repair major damage. I trust his advice. He is backed up by Kim who schedules the work and follows up meticulously. They are a delight to deal with.

I can't recommend this company enough. The builder of our new house used the worst roofing materials known to man. Shingles fly off, at the least of wind. So we have had many problems with our roof that has needed attention.
