Roofrepairs.ca is an absolute gem of a company who make the customer feel like friends and family. They're always responsive and very knowledgeable with their answers, taking all the time needed to answer all questions. Their quotes are three pages long, all work and material fully itemized, which really helped my insurance company swing in their favour.

Speaking of insurance, my insurer was not very responsive, and Kim from Roofrepairs took the time to send them an email regarding the job at hand, trying to impress it upon them that they needed to make a decision as the job needed to be done. She made sure that I understood that I am not beholden to Roofrepairs.ca and that I am free to go with any other roofer out there.

Regarding the job they did, here is all you need to know: I had a big family reunion amidst a bunch of rain in the forecast. These guys came out and did work during hours that were dry and cleaned up the back yard and the front yard so well that I thought they weren't even there. The roof looks beautiful and I have every confidence that Kim and Brad and their super polite and hard working crew did right by us.

So a little background about my relationship with Roof Repairs. I had a leak a few years ago and I called Roof Repairs (owner Brad) to repair our leaky roof. He did an amazing job so I felt he could be trusted. A couple of years later I called him to check and he said the roof was still fine, not to do it yet. I waited a little too long before the next time I called him because by that time the roof was in pretty rough shape. He was phenomenal considering all the issues he had to deal with...1) a roof that was not built on 16" centres, 2) a roof with mold on 3 sides, requiring the plywood to be removed and replaced with new plywood, 3) not enough vents in the roof (hence the mold).

A job that was suppose to be a nice easy project, turned out to be Roof Repairs.Ca's nightmare. I was so elated that I had Brad and his amazing crew on the job. He even brought in a 2nd crew when he discovered what he had to deal with. I can honestly and sincerely tell you how grateful we are to have had Roof Repairs.Ca fix our roof. It is really important to trust who you hire and in this instance my faith was NOT misplaced. I would highly recommend Roof Repairs.ca, they will not lead you astray.

Roof Repairs removed an old satellite dish off my roof and repaired the shingles. Time from quote to service was <72hrs. Very satisfied with customer service overall job and will be using them again next time I need a roof repair!

Brad and his crew were great - we needed his help fixing two leaks and installation of new roof cap shingles. Their response was quick. The leaks were easily found and the repairs/install were completed within a week of calling. Result? Not a drop of water from the huge rain we had on Wed. evening.
