I had a slow water leak coming from the chimney for awhile now and didn't know who to call. Spoke to a chimney repair company and they highly recommended Brad from Roof Repairs. So, I called Brad and within a few hours, Kim called back to say Brad was on his way, wow, same day service. Brad found some missing shingles under the flashing and within the hour, bought and installed a few shingles. The job looked great. Now, anything around the roof/chimney was water tight. The only other issue may come from the crown on the top of the chimney. A week or so later, it rained and found less water coming into the basement. I called Brad that day and was shocked he was able to come over super quick. Back up on the roof, Brad found a gap between the crown and flue. He caulked the crack and didn't charge for the service call. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The last few days have been raining and the basement is now dry. :-) I highly recommend Brad for any roofing jobs in the future. 10/10

Needed to get AC installed from an honest and reputable company. I found out about Criag from a local online blog. Not only did Craig provide great advice but also offered the best price and a high quality AC, in this case, American Standard. His install team was on time, cleaned up after themselves and provided instructions on how to best maintain my AC unit. Many thanks.

Wasn't sure what to put on my staircase window so it was left empty for the longest time. Hired an interior decorator and she tells me she has the perfect person to bring some life to my window. Marilyn came over, showed me what works and what doesn't. She tried to keep me within my budget but I really liked a certain look and of course it was a bit more expensive but the end result is so worth it. The install took no more than 30 minutes and the look is amazing, totally changes the look of the staircase. All I need to do now is install a chandelier lights. Highly recommend.

Called Applewood to install a steam humidifier and was told these units would cost too much to operate and the fact that they needed to be cleaned on a regular basis. I was then recommended to get a simple flow through model, which I did and it's been working great. The installer answered all my questions and was in and out in under an hour. Great job.

Flavio's a guy who takes pride in his business. He's very quick to respond and resolve your concerns. Serge came over to do the install and the place looks 1000 times better. The install only took a few hours. Since I have a new home, the window frames weren't square but Serge worked his magic to make everything fit. As soon as my parents saw my shutters, they ordered some from Flavio as well and couldn't be happier.

Bought a new house, didn't know where to start, so I searched the web for some help. Had a good feeling about Nanique Interiors and I was right. The colours that were chosen are amazing, I've been getting so many compliments. I haven't implemented all the recommendations as some ideas are not my taste but some are just brilliant. Nanette really opened my eyes when it came to colour and lighting. Will only need to save some more money before I can complete my home. All in all, I highly recommend Nanette.

Out of 3 companies, Arnie's was the only company to come over my house to give me an estimate. His dad (Gino) was very pleasant to deal with. The work was done in an orderly fashion, lay down cloth sheets, measure, cut material, install and finally, fill the nail heads. I was shocked how good the inside and outside corners looked. The look is sooo good, you would think I used plaster moulding. I highly recommend Expert crown moulding.

Jeremy to the rescue. Had way too much painting to do, so I decided to hire Jeremy and couldn't be happier. The walls are smooth and the lines are clean and straight. I found Jeremy is one of those guys who takes pride in his work and it shows. I'm picky by nature and I can say, Jeremy passed my picky test. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His prices are in line with anyone who takes great pride in giving their customers great work and if you have an questions after the fact, your answers are just an email away. When I finish my basement, I'll be sure to call Jeremy back.
