I called RoofRepairs a few years ago due to
some damage from squirrels and was so satisfied
with this company that I was so at ease when I called
again for a small leak in my washroom because of a heavy rainfall. I spoke with Kim who was wonderful and asked for Brad to come and check the problem.
I knew he would tell me his honest, expert advice.
He fixed the problem quickly the same day.

I cant say enough about the service. Brad was so responsive, is a total expert, and his integrity is amazing. He cares about you and your house and wants to get it right. Kim is equally amazing. Constantly keeping me updated and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend.

A few weeks ago I noticed a red stain on the bathmat which is outside my shower and directly below my fan vent. I was concerned that some poor creature had met its end in the blades. I contacted a local church to see if they had a handyman who could check out the situation and fix the problem. It was determined that I had a possible leak in my roof. The secretary from the church recommended Roofrepairs.ca. Roofrepairs.ca sent their representative who did a thorough check of the roof and found a couple of areas which needed to be fixed. I highly recommend Roof Repairs to anyone looking for people who run their business with a high level of honesty and integrity.
I was recently almost taken in by a shameless roofing company  ploy but I luckily caught on before it was too late.  However, since they had scaled my roof to inspect supposed damage to my chimney, it left me in doubt as to what if anything was actually wrong.
After some searching I was fortunate enough to call Roof Repairs where I was  immediately warmly greeted by Kim who was more than helpful and said she would have the owner Brad come by to take a look on that very day.  Brad quickly assessed the situation and reported that there was no significant damage  other than that which had been  inflicted to the flashing with the would be roofers own screwdriver in order  to give credence to his  claim.
Brad proved to be a man not only of compassion but moreover one who took pride in his trade and did not like to see these low life characters strike a black mark against the roofing industry in general.  He quickly assured me that he would repair the flashing and that he would do so
without the need for any compensation.

I was so grateful that I almost wished that I was in need of a complete roof repair as a gesture of gratitude. Nevertheless, I sincerely hope that anyone reading this review who is in need of roof work will consider this company.  You will not be disappointed.

Had a large tree branch punched through my roof while at work. Place call Thursday and by end of day Friday problem solved. Kim was great and was very concerned and keep me in the loop during and Brad was very professional and took care of it in no time.
He took photos for my records and claim Minimal damage w this quick prompt service. Thanks guys! Five stars!

This company was amazing! We had holes in our roof from squirrel damage and within two hours of calling them they were at our house to fix the roof. They were efficient and extremely kind. I would definitely use them again.

After a strong wind storm, I noticed one of my shingles on my home's roof was dangling by a thread.
I contacted Roof Repairs, and Kim was really helpful & explained the process to me.
Luckly I was able to schedule them for the next day, to come and repair my roof.
The technician came by 10am next day & checked the whole roof and found some more shingles that were missing, he was able to complete the work under an hour and I was very impressed with his work.

Kim was very thorough in explaining the details of the price and the job. Someone was able to come and fix an air vent on my roof that was destroyed by an animal the same day! I was updated with the name of the staff that was coming on site and when they were going to be here. Pictures were taken before and after the job to show you what had been done. They did a great job fixing the vent and upgrading it to a metal one so it isn't easy to bite through anymore. Overall, very happy with the quick and wonderful service!
