Great repair. Great service by Rob and Ronald of RoofRepairs.ca. They showed up on time and inspected and installed new missing shingles that were blown off by the windstorm we had on March 9th,2017. They were professional, courteous, and knowldgeable. The job was done quickly and in an efficient manner. We would definitely recommend RoofRepairs.ca to all our friends and family.

We found RoofRepairs.ca on HomeStars. We had a leak resulting from shingles that had blown off our roof. We called as we discovered the issue and weather was calling for more rain and high winds. Kim in the office arranged to have someone come out that day, in fact, they arrived in about 3 hours from when we first called. Amazing. roof was inspected and repaired to our satisfaction. They will be provided a quote for a new roof, and that in not a surprise and we new that we were going to need one soon. We would be more than happy to contract with them again and would recommend them to family and friends

After a heavy rain storm, I got home from work to a damaged ceiling. Roofrepairs.ca was recommended to me by a colleague, and so I called. They were at my house, and the leak was repaired within 3 hours of me calling! I highly recommend them to anyone, especially because they are available 24 hours a day. The cost was very reasonable and the service was excellent: I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Woke up on Sunday to a leak in our master bedroom and a huge hole in our roof. Called roofrepairs.ca right away, and they showed up..on a Sunday!! Very knowledgeable and professional and not only did they fix the hole they also fixed a few other issues we were having with raccoons. Great company.

Another Positive review for Roofrepairs.ca! I would highly recommend them to anyone with a roof issue or concern. They are professional, reliable, and fast to respond to your call. To summarize, there were high winds, and I was horrified to find a shingle on the ground in the backyard Saturday evening. No water or leakage, but I was still worried. I called Roofrepairs.ca ASAP, but how many places are going to get back to you on a Saturday night? However, Greg at Roofrepairs.ca called me back within the hour! That fast, professional response is just what every homeowner is looking for. In addition, I was able to set up an appointment with the excellent roofer who had worked on the house before (Rob, mentioned in the previous review below from a couple of years ago). When Rob arrived at the house, he was courteous, professional, and (as always) honest about what needed to be done. Yes, there were a couple of shingles that needed to be replaced, but otherwise he said everything was fine. He replaced the missing shingles for the price of the service call, and everything was finished in less than an hour! Another big THANK YOU to Greg, Rob, and Roofrepairs.ca for a job well done!
PREVIOUS REVIEW (from a couple of years ago) ... A big THANKS to Roofrepairs.ca! I was worried when I saw what looked like a couple of very small dried water spots on the floor right below an area on the roof that had been previously repaired a couple of years ago (that time the flashing had been torn away by a raccoon or some other wildlife, allowing a small amount of water to enter the area.) I wasn't certain if this new water spot was early evidence of a future, potentially serious leak (or just a spill from someone who didn't clean it up and didn't want to confess ;>). However, given the history of that section of the roof, I was fairly worried. (The roof isn't all that old, but as we all know even a new roof can have issues.) So, expecting the worst (and concerned about that day's predicted ice storm and rain) I immediately called Roofrepairs.ca. What happened next was amazing! After speaking with Kim, the office manager, about the situation, she managed to arrange to have Rob come by that very same day before the ice storm was supposed to start! When Rob arrived, he was very quick and professional. He went up, took a look at the situation, and came back down to tell me that he could find no evidence of any obvious issues. (He did comment on the mediocre quality of some of the previous shingling work that had been done by another company, though). He also told me that there would be no charge for his visit because there was no work for him to do! Instead, he told me to just keep an eye on the issue, and that if there was a problem during the upcoming storm he could come back out if necessary and get a better idea of what might be causing the issue. I REALLY appreciated that!
The final results? The very messy ice storm and rain came through…and there was NO leakage from the roof. NONE. Rob was right. There was no issue, just a very worried homeowner (me) who suddenly felt much better!
A lot of places might have just told me that we needed work done since they were already out there, but Rob was honest and professional. Thanks again to Kim, Rob, and Brad for everything! It really puts my mind at ease to know that we can call Roofrepairs.ca if we ever have any issues with our roof. In addition, given their excellent service and honesty, I have already had Rob and Brad (roofrepairs.ca’s owner) back to quote on some eave trough, etc. Once again, they were prompt, professional, and straightforward about the roof's condition and needs. I look forward to seeing the quote, but I must say that I would already recommend them to friends and family (and am planning to do just that in the very near future).

After last week’s heavy rain fall, we noticed the paint on the ceiling in our bathroom starting to peel off. We contacted RoofRepairs as we suspected there might be a leak in the roof or an ice dam had built up. Kim answered the call and was very friendly and courteous. She explained the repair process to us and provided an estimate. She was very helpful in getting an appointment set up quickly to have someone come out to the house.

Brad came out , introduced himself, and was very friendly. He went up to the roof to do an inspection, and then came inside the house to do an inspection on the ceiling. He told us that the roof was in good condition (though some repair work had been done in some patches), we should be good for another 4 -6 years. The paint peeling off was due to condensation and the paint only had one coat (with no primer) and suggested adding more insulation in the attic. At the end of the conservation, I went to give Brad my credit card info and was very surprised (pleasantly )when he said there was no charge because he didn’t have to perform any actual repair work. I told him some other companies would have charged us for the visit and for the inspection work that was done. He smiled and replied that’s not how they run their business.

We were very thankful to RoofRepairs. Kim and Brad were wonderful to work with, very professional, and very honest. No doubt they will be the one we contact when we need a new roof and gutter, and repair. I will highly recommend them to my friends and families.

The day after a very rainy Boxing Day, my wife and I awoke to a wet ceiling and water trickling down our bedroom wall. Winter and the Holiday Season were in full swing and panic set in. Who could we turn to at this time of the year to fix our leaking roof?
I tried calling the company that had replaced our roof just 6 years ago and they were nowhere to be found. In desperation, I did a Google search on “emergency roof repairs” and was presented with a number of sites that offered “24/7 emergency roof repair service”.

I tried calling some of the better known roofing companies that offered emergency services but I either got no answer or got an answering machine asking me to leave my phone number. I was desperate; I needed to talk to someone. I had seen a website that offered seniors discounts and prices starting as low as 299. That site was roofrepairs.ca.

I was initially hesitant to call them because I was not impressed with their website. It was more of a one page ad than a website so I was very skeptical. I called their number and a live person was on the line.

Her name is Kim and she was an absolute godsend. She listened to me as I told her of my immediate need for a solution to my problem. She took my information and told me she would call me back shortly. She called back 5 minutes later and told me she would have someone drop by in half an hour.
I thanked her profusely and bid her goodbye.

About an Hour later, Rob and Ronald showed up at my door. They went up on the roof and appraised the damage. When they came back to me, they explained what they had found. It was not good news. Apparently, the seam between my townhouse and my neighbour’s townhouse had become unglued and water had gotten underneath and in between the layers. The damage that had been caused by this will eventually lead to replacing the roof.

They gave me a few options. One was a short term solution which might last a few weeks. A second solution would cost a bit more but would likely get me through the winter. I chose the second solution with the idea of re-evaluating the damage when the weather got better. They said they would see when it could be done and that I would get a call to let me know when it could be done. Later that afternoon Kim called me back and told me they have scheduled the work for tomorrow at 9 am.

The next day, they showed up promptly at 9am and proceeded with the work. After the work was completed, Brad Wyatt (the company owner) came and spoke to my wife and me. He explained in plain language what had happened and what they had done to repair the problem. He also showed us before and after pictures and videos which he had taken with his phone.

All in all it turned out a very pleasant experience dealing with everyone at roofrepairs.ca.

Kim even called a few days later to find out if everything was going Ok.

As soon as the weather gets better, I will have them back for a re-evaluation of what I need to do regarding my roof. I have no problem in putting my faith into believing what they advise me to do.

Called for emergency repair and office confirmed availability of Techican (Brad). The personal touch of office manager handling the request quickly was excellent. Brad was prefect attending to the issue and doing it through snow and nice. Great repair. Great service. Recommend highly this wonderful company. Thanks!

Brad was referred to me by another contractor working on another area of my property. He was supposed to just do a small fix, but after he took a closer look at my roof, he quickly adjusted his quote and told me what I already knew, I needed a new roof. While he was happy to do just the fix, I knew it would cost me more in the long-run if I didn't replace the roof now. Within less than a week, he was at my property installing a new flat roof with a good warranty. He finished in the time promised and kept the site clean and free of debris. He even did some repairs on a portion of the roof that was outside the scope of the project without blinking an eye. Kim at the office made communicating with them easy and this project was wrapped up easily without any concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Brad and Roofrepairs.ca (and will certainly call them in again in the future).
