Brad was referred to me by another contractor working on another area of my property. He was supposed to just do a small fix, but after he took a closer look at my roof, he quickly adjusted his quote and told me what I already knew, I needed a new roof. While he was happy to do just the fix, I knew it would cost me more in the long-run if I didn't replace the roof now. Within less than a week, he was at my property installing a new flat roof with a good warranty. He finished in the time promised and kept the site clean and free of debris. He even did some repairs on a portion of the roof that was outside the scope of the project without blinking an eye. I had been looking for a mason to take on a large project on my property for a few years. Brad was quick to come out to my property and give an estimate. After doing a bit more research, I finally agreed to proceed with the job and am happy I did. Moises and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the job. They did exactly what was promised and I am confident I will not have any problems for many years with the repairs they did. I would not hesitate to contact them again for future work.

Anything Wild came recommended from a roofing company I hired to replace a roof that has racoons living in it. I had many questions about preventing the racoons (and squirrels) from returning. Scott was excellent in answering all my questions prior to the work taking place. He made a few suggestions and explained how my roof had been accessed in the first place. I would have no hesitation in hiring them again (although I hope I won't need to).

When we discovered a hole in our roof above the balcony, we called The Roof Whisperer to come by for a complimentary quote. Arther came by within 24 hours and gave me his assessment both of the roof with the hole (racoons had been living in our roof) as well as our flat roof (I inquired about it's current condition). I felt he was honest and fair in his assessment and gave me solutions to deal with the problem. He answered my many questions and put me in touch with a great wildlife removal company. His quote seemed to be fair (I did get other quotes allowing me to accurately compare). Once I decided to hire them, Arthur coordinated with the wildlife removal company to set a date (within one week) when the work could be completed. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I plan to hire him again next year when we decide to do some maintenance on our flat-roof.

I cannot recommend Pesticon more! I live in the basement of a three apartment house that I own with my brother. The people who live on the main floor picked up bedbugs about a month ago.
