plumbing rough in new addition

home owner was subcontracting his own home addition ,too save money,
had one estamate that seemed to high,got aquote from afforable ,alot cheaper hired them, deal was set and did the drains, came back to home owner and gave option of copper or pex for water pipes no etra charge either way. Nice people.
