We had a groundwater seepage issue with a flooding basement that Dryshield came to fix in May 2017. We required a full interior waterproofing and sump pump installation. I want to lead with the positive because there is some positive here. First of all, our basement has remained dry through a very wet summer and the staff are extremely friendly. We called Dryshield to come at a time when we were very desperate, as our basement was flooding pretty much any time it rained, and they were able to begin promptly. We were told that the work would take one week, and it did take exactly one week.

I had a water problem in the basement and had 3 firms quote on solving the problem. Dryshield was the only one who suggested installing a sump pump in addition to a pipe and weeping tile and it seemed like the best solution to my particular situation. The service I received was prompt, professional and neat. I was so happy with the work that I hired them to do a second smaller job on the other side of the house. This work was also competed to my satisfaction. I would recommend their services highly.

I had 2 stress cracks in the foundation. I called Dryshield Water Solutions Corp. Friendly customer service, quick response time, the contractor was very knowledgeable and professional. They were reasonably priced. I was very pleased and would highly recommend their service.

Repairing Basement cracks.

It was a big job of digging up concrete and putting in a sump pump. The men were very nice and did a great job. They were done on time and cleaned up very well before they left.

Completely satisfied with the work Dryshield performed, from the introduction to the final clean up. Mr. Loveless was thorough during the estimate and follow up, had an answer for every question and his persona made us feel at ease. remove and replace existing weeping time

We met with Dryshield who provided us with options for our wet basement. We elected to remove and replace our existing weeping tile. The work crew arrived on time and completed the 80 feet of work in 3 days by hand allowing for a neat job with minimal disruption. Tarps were used to protect the surrounding sod from backfill contamination and the top soil was separated and replaced in our flower beds. I can say the Dryshield folks did not cut corners and did an excellent job overall.
