Had a wonderful experience for beginning to end. They were very pleasant on the phone and quick to respond despite it being a busy period due to a snow melt and rain. Other companies were giving us 3 week away appointments, and dryshield came in the same week. Brian was great, very friendly, informative and professional! Got the job done efficiently. The price was great as well. Highly recommend them.

I noticed a leak coming from my basement wall, where the wall met the floor after a major ice storm. After googling basement leak companies in the GTA I put in an email quote. Promptly Keith called me and quoted me a very reasonable price, explained the problem and the solution. He was available 24/7 along with Johnathan and Jake for around the clock questions and scheduled me with short notice, taking my busy schedule into consideration. Brian our technician was punctual, knowledgeable and seemed very experienced. The job was fixed in around an hour. He even went the extra step and helped us ensure we don't have other cracks that could leak in the near future.

Excavation carried out in 2 stages so that wet weather avoided while excavation open. Owner helped keep excavation dry by applying sheet plastic covering to keep rain out. Work expertly performed.

Customer service from Dryshield was excellent. The work was completed in a very timely manner and to very high professional standards. The technician, Jake, did an excellent job under less than ideal conditions - excavating the cracked wall underneath a deck that was only about four feet off the ground. Completed the work in two days and did an excellent clean up afterwards. I would certainly recommend Jake and Dryshield .

Came within a few hours of calling them after discovering water coming in through basement foundation. Very prompt, professional, friendly and went above and beyond for us!! The guys that did the work worked on the weekend and put in a 12 hour day non stop just to get the job done! I would recommend to anyone having water issues.
