I was surprised by a very pleasant phone call today from a lady that works for Jcj Mechanical. She called to ask me about our central air and furnace because jcj was doing a customer service satisfaction call to all their good customers. wow! I didnt even buy my central air and furnace from them it was already here when we moved in., but jcj does the cleaning.couldnt believe it! I did say that my furnace was making some noise last year and i mentioned that i wasnt pleased because my furnace when we purchased the house 8 years ago the real estate agent said it was like new or a few years old. well this lady from jcj offered us a discount price to clean our furnace and central air and they would inspect the noise from the furnace. they did a great job. furnace does not make noise now, but if it does i will call them. they are very good.
