The screen ripped on my patio door. I called Magic Windows and they had their service technician come out and replace it. He was on time and while he was there he checked everything else and adjusted the door and now works flawlessly he definitely knows what hes doing.

We have Magic Windows throughout our house and it was one of the best purchases we ever made. Their commitment to service after you buy their products is impeccable. They come out to your place no problem, and their service staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

We bought a waterfront home in need of renovations a year ago and wanted to take advantage of the view. We investigated a variety of options but kept coming back to Magic Windows. Though our build was delayed due to COVID, the windows made it and the look is amazing.

Up front sales is one thing , but it's the longer term needs that separate the good from the bad. We had an issue with one door (maybe caused by contractors) and MW was there to repair in no time. That level of service stands out especially these days where everyone is overloaded.

5 Years ago we purchased Magic windows and doors for our house. Recently we called Magic to address a torn screen. Myrna and Radica of Magic from their service department came in and fixed it on site, fast and to our complete satisfaction! thx

This is a sturdy and cute windows and frames they added stylish to my house . It makes my house looks brighter by bringing a lot of lights to the house. The service was excellent, they arrived on time and the job was done as I expected and wanted. Vey satisfied. Beautiful piece. I love. Surly recommended to everyone.

While we paid for the windows, this review is about Magic Windows honoring their warranty. We had some jamming issues with our new Bay windows installed 1 year ago. Magic windows staff set up an appointment for us immediately with no questions asked. All that was required were some small adjustments to the blind in the window.
We paid nothing for the service as this is part of the 40 year warranty offered by Magic windows for their product.

We are very happy with our new magic doors for the patio. The sales process was smooth and responsive. Greg from magic windows was with us the whole process from the quote to installation and then to post installation. Given the supply chain issues, we did have to wait 6 months to get our doors but this was communicated ahead of time before we even signed the contract. We had some post installation issues (minor) which was fixed by their post install process. Someone called us the next day after install to follow up which was nice as I didn’t not expect that. The issues were followed up and fixed within 2 days. Overall very happy with the company and the product!

Magic Windows service technicians, Milap & Hansen, were professional and efficient. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. They performed the maintenance very effectively with no disruption. Special thank you to Myrna, who performed her 'Magic' by scheduling the service within 24 hours of my call. Myrna also has a lovely personality and is very good at her job. Thank you Myrna, Milap and Hansen! Each of you are perfect representatives for Magic Windows and you also are nice people!

Absolutely LOVE our new windows! So glad we decided to pick them over the other quotes we got. Yes, they were a bit more cost but totally worth it!
From the sales call to the installation we felt comfortable - all went smoothly. The best part and what separates them from the rest in my opinion are the Magic retractable screens. Having only glass to look though makes a huge difference in lighting, the view and no more dirty screens to vacuum. Cleaning the windows is a breeze - no more heavy windows to lift out of the track, clean and lift back in. They open enough to clean both sides! Their warranty is top notch! Would recommend Magic Windows - so impressed with them - you will be too!

Our door/windows were corrected no charge. I can't unclick the charge box!! The fellow who corrected it was great.
