We bought a waterfront home in need of renovations a year ago and wanted to take advantage of the view. We investigated a variety of options but kept coming back to Magic Windows. Though our build was delayed due to COVID, the windows made it and the look is amazing. Up front sales is one thing , but it's the longer term needs that separate the good from the bad. We had an issue with one door (maybe caused by contractors) and MW was there to repair in no time. That level of service stands out especially these days where everyone is overloaded. We called in the spring and were shocked to find Mimmo was booked up until the end of September. Now I know why. Mimmo explained some of the shortfalls of the work that had been done before and explained how a few changes in material and method would give a great look and last much longer. When it came time to doing the job, he moved us up the schedule as he knew we were having a big party and got it all done quickly so everything was good the week before our guests arrived. He and his guys showed up early each morning, got down to work and did a great job. They also cleaned up after themselves each night as well as the end of the job. I'd use them again in a second.

We were VERY pleased with the work. We had a couch recovered that had seen better days. It ended up looking brand new and has given us years of pleasure. This firm is one of a dying breed that has a true eye for craftsmanship.
