When I contacted Galaxy Windows in May I was very new to the window buying process. I had 3 companies quote. The first two companies were really aggressive and made me feel inept. When Dmitiri arrived I could tell instantly he was different. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient. He had several great ideas and didn't hesitate to share his thoughts. His quote came in the middle of the other two. I felt it was fair. Installation timing (end of September) was exactly as Dimitri had stated. Alex and team came and installed windows first, then was back the following week for the doors. The detail of every installation was outstanding. My kitchen backsplash was not easy, and Alex somehow managed to install without a scratch. The finishing touches of the caulking and nail hole fixes was fantastic. I strongly recommend Galaxy Windows for all your needs. You get what you pay for - and you won't be disappointed with the service or quality of the product.

From quote to completion Derek was amazing to work with. He was quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable, educating us on the difference between sealing methods. Derek sealed our driveway and walkway and now they look brand new! No more worrying about cracks and weeds. We couldn't be happier.
