Contracted to have a counter installed in June 2020. 8 weeks later i get a call my order had not been processed. Only the most popular were being done during the pandemic. I could wait till Janurary or take the more expensive option. I took the more expensive option. Early December i get a call for an installation date. The day before said installation date i get a cancellation and a reschedule for 4 days later . 0n said date they showed up stripped my counter in 15 minutes and were off to Tims to wait fir the countertop to show up at 9am. I left for a doctors appointment. On leaving my appointment i learned they had left because of a missing part . I called 30 mins later saying i had the part. I called the installation head and was told they would be back in the morning and my observation i would be without a sink or dishwasher was correct. When i called kent i was met with arrogance and told i was a very impatient person. 24 hours later two fine gentlemen showed up an finally hocked up our sink. I wish i could relate every word snd person i encountered in this ordeal. Never will i shop at kents again. And. Buyer beware
