I met Dennis in June 2005 when he installed my A/C. The large company that I had faithfully contracted for yearly spring and fall maintenance had quoted over $1000 higher. Dennis was punctual, courteous and did an extremely professional installation. He informed me that a properly installed A/C didn't need a spring check-up and only a yearly furnace check which included the A/C was essential. Dennis advised he used to be the lead technician for a large heating/cooling company...he branched out into his own business because he was tired of large company bureaucracy and customers being charged inflated prices for unnecessary work.
Five years in and my A/C is running perfectly and no inflated spring maintenance fees! Dennis also recently installed my new high efficiency furnace and once again, his work and pricing was exceptional. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family. When you are tired of paying inflated prices to big companies and the fear-mongering marketing of their maintenance contracts, call Dennis!

Dennis was a wonderful person to deal with. His service was exceptional, and his prices are competitive. Most of all he is very knowledgable, and give great advise!

I had the pleasure of being reffered to Canadian Indoor Solutions through a friend, I had a couple of quotes and every company that came out said that the way I wanted A/C installed couldn't be done. Dennis came out to review the job and acknowledged the difficultly of the job, due to a finished basement, but said it was possible. He told me how he was to run the piping, and they installed it just the way he said. I was so impressed, I thought I was going to have to cut holes in the ceiling but Dennis and his team really did the job with such professionalism! Great Job guys!!

I met Dennis in December 2009 as he was the only person that pulled over and helped get my vehicle out of a snow bank at a major intersection. He gave me his business card and told me he owned a heating and air conditioning company. I decided to call him in March for a quote on a furnace after Direct Energy came to my house for a furnace cleaning and noticed the heat exchanger had cracked. He spent a good couple of hours explaining to me how the complete heating and air system works. I decided to use his company and I am very glad I did (and so is my husband). We are extremely comfortable with quiet American Standard furnace and Acculean (it cleans the air in our home 99.999999999999%). I would recommend Canadian Indoor Solutions to everyone and anyone. :)

I have been referred to Dennis and Canadian Indoor Solutions few years ago, for a furnace replacement and an A/C service job. From the first contact, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and the high quality work Dennis and his guys have shown. The company that installed our new forced air heating/ac system went out of business. Therefore, when I had to find a new person to attend to the American Standard electronic air cleaner that was functioning improperly, American Standard referred me to Dennis at Canadian Indoor Solutions. I check his ratings here on Homestars and was so pleased that I called immediately.

Dennis came promptly as we had arranged. After his inspection, he told me that the malfunctioning electronic cleaner was not grounded. He repaired it and it has worked well since.

Dennis also told me that our chimney needed a new liner due to the changes from our old boiler system to forced air. Doing so would make our heating system “according to code.” We agreed to have Dennis do the work, which he did.

What impressed me about Dennis was his expertise, promptness, courtesy, cooperativeness, and reasonable price. I’ve kept his card and will have him do our next year’s inspection. Thank you very much, Dennis. You deserve these ratings!

After consulting with a couple of other heating and air conditioning companies I happened to stumble upon this web site which led me to Canadian Indoor Solutions. Upon contacting this organization I had the pleasure of meeting Dennis Nejasmic the technician/owner who was both courteous and professional.
