The company that installed our new forced air heating/ac system went out of business. Therefore, when I had to find a new person to attend to the American Standard electronic air cleaner that was functioning improperly, American Standard referred me to Dennis at Canadian Indoor Solutions. I check his ratings here on Homestars and was so pleased that I called immediately. Dennis came promptly as we had arranged. After his inspection, he told me that the malfunctioning electronic cleaner was not grounded. He repaired it and it has worked well since. Dennis also told me that our chimney needed a new liner due to the changes from our old boiler system to forced air. Doing so would make our heating system “according to code.” We agreed to have Dennis do the work, which he did. What impressed me about Dennis was his expertise, promptness, courtesy, cooperativeness, and reasonable price. I’ve kept his card and will have him do our next year’s inspection. Thank you very much, Dennis. You deserve these ratings!

Todd Lepard returned my initial call promptly. Shortly thereafter, he and his men arrived on time and did a "bang up" job with the removal of tree debris and tree pruning over our house and over the fence between our house and our neighbour's. His work was superb; his attitude was what I hoped for--great! One of his men mistakenly took a leaf rake that was in the yard. Somehow, it went missing. Todd returned with a new rake, one far better than the one removed. His "people skills" are great, too. One of our neighbours is often very difficult to deal with. Todd is so capable that she hired him to do some work in her yard while he was there! Thanks, Todd, for your help!
