Future Shop - North Vancouver

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and it died after the five year warranty expired. Paid over $115.00 for 30 minutes of a technician's time to tell me hot water heater and electronic module were shot.
Looking for a new dishwasher that I hope will last but NOT A BOSCH DISHWASHER.

The washer and dryer works well. Future shop had a great variety of front loading models we were looking for.

We had shopped around a couple of different store that Remembrance Day including The Brick and Sears, before we settled on the price we found here.

We chose Future Shop as they have the onsite approval process to get their Future shop credit card in house and use right away for the purchase. Within 10 mins of providing my information verbally to the rep and signing electronically, I was approved.

The service rep was nice, but he did not know the product very well and did not seem to know how to use their system to process the sale.

In the end, we settled on the best price, color, features all on our own. But he was able to cut the price down from the ticketed price when we asked.

All in All it was a good purchase and I have until next May to finish the payments before interest starts accruing.

We got great sales advice and learnt that a lithium batterty is mpre durable then the normal ones you would find in most portable charging vacs. It explained the huge price differentiation and justified it in our minds.

Great Service lots of help from staff choosing a TV . Competitive Prices. I would shop here again for other purchases. TV works great and we were able to get help from staff how to set up the DVD and PVR.

I needed a simple audio cable to go from my lapop to my tv. I needed it to be 10 feet in lenght. I was shocked to see they only had 6 ft lengths. I did end up finding 2 cables that were 6 ft each and I could connect them. But 1 cable would have been less hassle.

We purchased the kitchen food processor. The staff were very helpful and discussed the pros and cons of each of the different types. They helped us match the features and benefits to our needs. We would go there again to purchase other items for our home.
