I am happy that Gena came over to my place and fixed the problems that I had over one year. It was quick fix, efficient and very professional. I really appreciate it.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this product and the installation company. We had 9 windows replaced, the guys showed up right on time as scheduled (9am) and pushed really hard with no lunch to finish the job by 4pm. They cleaned inside and outside the house just fine, however with messy job like this the home owner has to expect that some final cleaning will have to be done. Windows look really nice and solid....bring it on winter!!!

Meridian widows and doors was hired to replace two entrance doors and windows and the work they did and the whole experience working with this company was very unprofessional.
First appointment was completely missed. It was supposed to be on thanksgiving weekend and we cancelled all our plans and tradition to have the work completed and they simply forgot about it and once we contacted sales person Edward, he rescheduled the appointment for following weekend as work needed to be done on the weekend due to business operated at home. As per Edward the crew was coming on saturday at 8:30-9 am to start the work but the actually came at 3:30 pm, they installed the doors and left windows for the next day. The doors were done very poorly, messy and sloppy. Caulking around the doors looks very bad. On sunday they were supposed to come around 8:30-9 again but actually arrived after 11 and they worked until 11 pm on sunday night, who does that????
As work still wasn't done, the installer Alex said he will come following day around 8:30-9 to finish everything and as usual they are late. It is noon and nobody has show up or God forbid called to provide some update. I contacted the office where I spoke to Andrew and all I got was I am sorry for you frustration, no further explanation what will be done to fix and complete what was started. Customer service and professionalism of this company is below any standards. Again, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

The overall experience dealing with all the people of Meridian Windows and doors was excellent. Great customer service, great workmanship, friendly workers and they were great at keeping everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them on cost and service. I had 16 windows and a patio door replaced at a very reasonable price.

We had all of our windows replaced on the main floor of our home and sincerely enjoy them - and the compliments. The install was quick and professional and the quality is great. Happy to recommend Meridian to anyone who needs great windows at a great price.

We contracted Meridian Windows to replace all the windows and doors in our home. We had the doors and 2 windows replaced in the spring of 2013 and the remainder of the windows replaced in the fall of 2013.
The front and back doors are just fantastic. The 3 point latch system is a must have, both for security as well as a tight fitting door. The windows are all of top quality and were installed by the 3 Alixes (Alix, Alix & Alix). Installation was great and finished all in one day.
We are extremely pleased with the product we received, and the installation, so much that 3 of our neighbours have contact Meridian to do work for them.
Price, product and Installation are all tops.
