i won't go anywhere else to buy new appliances ever again in the future. Andrew at the Richmond branch was really knowledgeable about all of the appliances and was honest about what we really needed. We paid the deposit on a fridge, only to realize 3 months later that the depth might be too deep. Andrew helped us look into counter-depth fridges to see if it would fit our kitchen better and was more than willing to exchange the fridges without extra cost. We purchased a dishwasher, fridge, stove and washer/dryer. Just for price comparison we took Andrew's quotes to a competitor and the competitor couldn't even match what Andrew quoted us on a couple of our purchases.
The $75 delivery fee is well worth it - the two delivery men were absolutely professional and took great care to not damage anything in our house. They even took the time to unpack everything and put filters in our fridge.
One thing to note for Budget Appliances is that they do not carry import appliances. We ended up purchasing all Kitchenaid and we are truly happy with it.

I've had my microwave oven since my college years and the thing was a disaster. It was becoming almost impossible to clean so I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a new one. From reading the online reviews of Budget appliances, it seemed like this was a good place to get a fair price even though it is a bit out of the way for me. I did some research and brought in some flyers for big box stores that were carrying the same microwaves. They were able to beat the price by over 10%! Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful.

My own microwave broke so I went to many stores to look for a new microwave. I went to Budget appliances and they got some microwaves that is on special. I bought a pretty nice microwave with an excellent deal and the service is really good. I asked for recommendation and they gave their honest opinions.

The glass in the door cracked (cleaned on the inside with a damp cloth when it was still warm) and Budget Appliance got the part quickly. The whole door had to be replaced, the glass was not sold separately. They were very helpful.

Wrote a review that didn't register, so I'm resubmitting it to let people know this is a great resource of a store for finding parts that are hard to get. I was able to find exactly the right glass shelf to replace one I broke in my fridge. The staff was very helpful the the price very reasonable.

I went there because becuase my friend recommend. The staff is very nice and helpful. Even I want some stuff that they are not there. They will help me to find them. Ther pirce is reasonable.

We have a household full of old appliances, fixtures, etc. It seems we're never without something needing repair work. One of the most recent things was our dishwasher. We had had previous success finding used parts at Budget Appliances, so I checked there first. Sure enough, they had what we needed and it was dirt cheap. Please don't ever go out of business.

Every time we need a new appliance or a part for our old appliances, we will go out looking. We always end up at Budget Appliances. They always have what we are looking for. If the services we are looking for is not what they provide, they always give us a reliable referral. We trust Budget Appliances.
