A great experience! Danielle was so patient and helpful with any questions we had (and we had lots!) the install was perfect and the customer service was excellent. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend carpet one!

We purchased around 12 packages of flooring and one came damaged. They replaced the bad package before they made the complete delivery. No questions asked. The floor was installed by customer and it went well. FEB 2023 time frame

Harrison was the person I dealt with great and professional service.
The installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves no complaints there. I am so happy i went with this company my kitchen floor looks great. I will be doing more projects with them in the future.
I will recommend them to friends and family.

All the staff from the first visit at the store to the day of installation was nothing but quick and professional in the work that was done. The floors look amazing. I would not hesitate at all to use carpet one Oshawa again I the future for further projects. Great job team.

Working with Carpet One proved to be a very positive experience.

The sales rep, Mike, came to our home with multiple samples and some suggestions for quality and colour etc. There was no pressure to buy.

The installer was exceptional. He was extremely courteous, professional and quick!

Because of our positive experience, we have hired Carpet One to retire our kitchen floor and we look forward to working with them again.

I contacted Carpet One in Oshawa about redoing some stairs in my house. They were very helpful, provided me advice to take the necessary measurements and COVID protocols were very easy to follow. The carpet is great quality, the installers were friendly, respectful and did a great job.
