We hired Cando Renovations to do a large “to do” list. We were extremely comfortable throughout the process. Bert was very accommodating and knowledgeable in guiding us to meet our goals. We had gutted the whole main floor and kitchen. Eliminated a 20 foot wall to give us an open concept main floor, installed new plumbing and electricals for kitchen,40 pot lights, smooth ceilings on 2 floors, demo’d old brick fireplace, as well as backyard deck. Installed sub flooring throughout house, and also baseboards installed throughout. Gutted main bathroom and extended 3 more feet, installed new tub+ shower, new drywall,new vanity install, repaired old plumbing. Bert and his crew were very professional, accomplished everything we needed in time. Would not hesitate to use Cando Renovations again. Big thank you from all of us

Burt and his team did an amazing job removing the wall between our kitchen and living room. They made sure the beams were placed correctly and safely. They removed the popcorn ceiling and installed the drywall ready for paint. All this was done in record time and very efficiently! I am so happy Burt was reccomended to me. We were starting a basement remodel and needed to have 2 load bearing walls taken down. Bert's team was available to do the job when we needed it done and at a reasonable price.
Bert was a great project manager and he had a great team of guys that worked hard for 3+ days. Although there were some unexpected issues that came up, they were resolved quickly, and the job was still completed on time and on budget.
Our opened up basement looks great and we're looking forward to getting it finished.

I hired Bert and his team after moving to a new home in Toronto. I wanted to open up the main floor but was unsure if it was possible. I was happy to learn that Bert could remove one of our load bearing walls to open up the space. He was quick and courteous. 10/10 all around!

Bert did an amazing job removing a load bearing wall so we decided to hire him again to renovate our main bathroom and ensuite bathroom. They both needed to be completely remodeled.
Bert and his crew show up early every morning, they work very hard and get slot accomplished every day. His crew are respectful of our home.
Bert's experience was amazing, as always with any reno there were a few surprises once the new tub and vanity were to be installed. Bert was able to quickly figure out how to work around it and make
