The Duct Cleaning Specialists

We had our ducts cleaned in February by professional duct cleaning specialists. They were on time, answered all the questions I had regarding the service. They also fixed on of our ducts which was no longer working properly (it was fallen off and not blowing air properly). Thanks for the great work.

Five years ago, we had a major house fire. The house was gutted down to the 2x4s due to all the smoke and water damage. A year later it was rebuilt, at which time we had the ducts cleaned, or so we though, by an unnamed company.

We were always amazed at the speed with which dust would appear on the furniture after each time the house was cleaned.

A few weeks ago we saw a Marketplace episode on duct cleaning horror stories. They targeted one company in particular. Yes, the one who calls you almost every day. The one that works out of India. The show stressed that you hire a company who is a member of NADCA.

So, I Googled duct cleaners and NADCA and found Paul and his Duct Cleaning Specialists. Wow. Success and satisfaction on all counts. Top-notch.

You would not believe the crap that was in our ducts; big pieces of insulation, batteries, 6" pieces of 2x4s. I imagine that they even found soot from the fire still in the ducts. And my breathing....it isn't labored anymore. Wish we had paid attention to our bodies and called someone sooner. Call Paul. I am so happy we did that I have even done a Facebook posting lauding his company and warning against hiring the wrong company.

From the time I made my first call to the moment they left my house the experience was professional well done. They met my tight timelines and informed me on what they were doing every step of the way. I have had my ducts cleaned twice and Mark and Adrian found old garbage from the builder. Being a first time home buyer and new comer to Canada, it was really important for us to find a reliable contractor and somebody we could trust. Paul and his team offered all that. Information ahead, detailed explanation provided by Paul and his team . They were running a bit late but they kept us informed and did provide a perfect job.

First impression counts. Spoke with Paul of the The Duct Cleaning Specialists about doing a job in Georgetown. He said that his company does not go that far due to economic reasons. However, he referred me a company to call but gave me a walk-through of how the job should be done and some caveats to watch out for. He is a true professional on the phone and expectedly to be so, even in person. I just wish I can work something out with him to do our duct cleaning for my family's welfare and my peace of mind.

I got my air ducts cleaned 2 years ago after extensive renovations.
Recently I learned of all the air duct cleaning disreputable providers and suspected that I had also fallen victim.

So I went on Home Stars to find a legitimate company to remove all the plaster that I thought might still be in the air ducts.

I called several and went with The Duct Cleaning Specialists largely because of the extensive information relayed during our conversation. It seemed Paul knew what he was talking about, and willingly guaranteed I'd be able to view the job through the camera both before cleaning and afterwards.

Paul's cousins arrived promptly and when showing me the camera view, we all realized that my ducts had indeed been properly cleaned earlier. I actually didn't need the service at this time.

I accepted the service fee for coming and bringing in all their gear, as was only fair. To my shock, Paul called later and offered to reduce the $85+tax fee to $45+tax.

I am shocked, and feel this deserves a top rating. Talk about service!

First of all I must say that your company has great customer service! I bought a Groupon deal and did not realize the time had expired. I spoke to Paul and without hesitation he honored my expired voucher. We fixed a date and the cleaners came right on time, they were professional, courteous and very tidy.
