I had my dryer vent cleaned out several years ago and was never happy with the quality of the service. I called Paul because his company was so highly rated on Home Stars. He was punctual, professional and his service exceeded my expectations. Once the vent had been cleaned out, he made sure that the vent pipe was fully attached. He pointed out that the excess lint in my laundry room was the result of a gap at the top of the vent pipe and he fixed it! I recommeded him to my daughter and she was also very pleased with the quality of his work.

Hey Karen, thanks for doing a review. I can imagine why you were not happy with the previous company and wondered why it was so hot and a lot of lint in your laundry room. As I showed, the previous company not only did not clean the ducting out properly, but the vent was not properly attached, so all of the exhaust was just shooting back into the laundry room.
