They arrrived early and were polite. They took time to show me their work and what they had found. Could do a little better on clean up, there were some small metal bits on the floor from the cutouts they made.
I would recommend them.

Hey Vincy, thanks for getting the time to write a review about your experience with us. I am glad you were happy with the duct cleaning for the most part. We try and go above and beyond with our service, and not every job is perfect, but we do try our best. Customer feedback is VERY important, so we can figire out what we need to improve on. We always do a sweep up of our working area to make sure we've cleaned up nicely, I guess in this case, we just missed it. I will give you a call to see if you would like us to come by and vacuum up the furnace area again, unless you were kind enough to do so yourself.
