After much research I decided to go with The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Although the original appointment had to be rescheduled on their end, Paul was very courteous and helpful in re-booking the appointment right away. He fully explained the duct cleaning process with regards to my high velocity HVAC system.
The technicians did a fantastic job. They were punctual, polite, informative, and very thorough. They really respect the customers home. I have rarely seen this level of professionalism from any contractor/service provider, they truly put the customer first!
I will be sure to enlist their services again in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know :)
