I took advantage of their dryer duct cleaning service through a Groupon promotion. My dryer duct hadn't been cleaned in 5+ years and I was starting to notice dryer under-performance as well as beginning to appreciate the safety issues of having a clogged dryer vent (i.e., fire).
I was a ble to get a great deal on Groupon and now that my dryer has been cleaned I see a huge improvement in dryer efficiency and can sleep well at night knowing my family is safe.
