I can not be more impressed. My mother is and always has been very concerned with a clean neat home. Last fall my father passed away and now my mother who is in her mid 80s is living in the home but without my dad. Mom expressed to me that she would like to get the ducts cleaned as they had never been done in the 25 years since her and dad moved in. She has wanted them done from time to time but dad had always said they didn't need to be done.
I looked around and tried to find a reputable company, as I know many offer great deals but really do very little. I saw "the duct cleaning specialist" doing a home just down the road from my moms a few weeks ago, and saw they had good equipment, a neat operator and when I spoke to him he was friendly and knowledgeable.
I got the companies business card and went on line and investigated and was impressed with what I read. I spoke to mom and decided to use their services. The costs were not the cheapest I had seen, but the work I had seen down the road, and their description on their website made me confident this was the right company to use.
I emailed and told them about my mother, what she wanted done and her situation. I also saw a contest online for elderly ones and so I thought what the heck and entered it for her.
I was stunned to hear a few days later that she had won and they were doing a full air duct cleaning and disinfecting for no charge.
Hard to believe? A too good to believe deal perhaps? Nope.
Paul called, arranged a time, and it was set. We were our of their service area so we only paid $50 dollars for the travel time and fuel overages. I asked how he could do it for no charge and he said this is how he gives back to the community. Hard to believe in todays world.
The cleaners came on time, 2 very responsible men, and did a wonderful job. Mom was so pleased she was bubbling. Nice to hear her happy.
Also, she is nervous to have strangers in the home, so my daughter went to be with her. After an hour my mom said she was not nervous at all, and my daughter could leave.
All I can say is "WELL DONE DUCT CLEANING SPECIALISTS!" and thank you so very much, Paul and your 2 workers.
