I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Mark Rowe (from The Duct Cleaning Specialists) who worked very hard to clean the ducts in this house.
The company gave me an estimate in writing and he came in on that estimate and did not add any extras on the day
They were offering an Aug deal I got it at a great price.
He showed me before and after and explained everything he did. He did a very clean tidy up behind himself.
The company deserves the stars it's getting. Thanks Mark I can breath easier.
Before setting up the apt the staff on the phone explained everything to me and did a reminder call to confirm time & date. Very professional all the way.
