The interaction started with Mariela, the company's administrative assistant. She communicated with us about different pricing options, and when the appointment had to be moved due to schedule maintenance of their trucks, she called and was able to accommodate our time request.
Adrian and Nick came to our place, and they were friendly. The first thing they did was they took their shoes off, very respectful of our place. Then they proceeded to clean our ducts, explaining what they were doing throughout. We also had a baby at home, and they would close doors to minimize machine noises as to not disturb our 6-month old. Finally, they returned everything as they found it, no garbage, nothing out of place.
