As a small business owner myself, I understand the importance of excellent/professional customer service. Steve treated my house with respect, performed a thorough inspection and educated me on how the cleaing of our ducts was being performed. He kept me upto speed with all developments, and took his time providing thorough cleaning. I will be recommending The Duct Cleaning Specialists to my friends and family!
