I've owned my home for approximately 6 years and never had a duct cleaning service done prior. I was advised by a collegue of the company The Duct Cleaning Specialists, and decided to look on their website about their services. After I had seen numerous amounts of charity work, rewards and great reviews they had recieved over the past few years I decided to give them a call. I left a message on their voicemail and recieved a call within the hour by a man named Paul. He advised me of rates and services offered and answered all my questions thoroughly. Upon the day of the appointment, a gentleman named Matt and his assistant Ryan arrived right on the time of my appointment and explained the procedure, start to finish. They did an inspections at first to assess what was required to be done and proceeded with the service. They did not try to upsell any of their services and there was no additional or hiddens fees upon receiving the bill. They even asked if I wanted to see the ducts after they had finished. I would highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists to any homeowner, as they have exceeded any of my expectations of what I thought this service was about.
