We recently moved into our first home after we completed a full main floor renovation. I found the Duct Cleaning Specialists on Homestars website. Steve came to do the cleaning. Upon assessment, he immediately noticed an obvious issue with our furnace (there was a big hole cut in it and just taped – and the tape had come off and thus wasting energy and cool air! To my embarrassment, I never even knew the difference! He fixed the hole properly and when it came time to leave, would not let me pay for the extra service– Steve, thank you!) He was very informative – taught me a lot. I’ve never had experience with duct cleaning before to compare, but I can tell you that Steve’s left me with confident with this company’s services and I will be using them again in the future and recommending them to other people as well.
