I purchased a new home where the previous owner had a large dog. The duct work was clogged with fur... actually the whole house was covered in fur. I booked the Duct Cleaning Specialists and they were very prompt to return my call and schedule an appointment.
Steve showed up on time and was prompt to inspect the system. Although I had asked for a full system cleaning, part of the system was in fairly clean condition and he made sure I was aware of this and recommended that it didn't need any cleaning. This saved me about $50. Talk about honesty.
He was extremely efficient with his work and was very polite. With all the ducts being clogged with dog hair, he took his time to scrub them down and get as much of the dog hair out. He also taught me a few tricks to keeping my ventilation system clean.
One last note, the way they sanitize your duct work uses natural products and makes your home smell like lemon and thyme. It's really refreshing and smells great.
I highly recommend booking these guys. They are honest, hard working, detailed oriented, professional, and most of all, take pride in their work. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
