We have been in our house for 5 yrs and in January had some renovations done inside to prepare for the arrival of our 2nd child. I called the Duct Cleaning Specialists based on their reviews and qualifications - I was not disappointed! In fact, Paul was straightforward with the process and price and even referred me to their website - I liked that there was no games or haggling required. On the day itself, Steve and team arrived on time and they were very conscienous to the fact that my newborn 3wk old baby was in the house. The job was done in less than 2 hours. Steve found a huge piece of concrete in our ducts :S and one return at the front of the house was beyond filthy. He took great care of us and also was able to replace our humidifier filter which had not been changed in years. I was very happy with the service provided.
3 weeks later we had an issue with our heat not coming on. I called Paul and he went well beyond the call of duty and came by to check things out the same day -in fact on a Sunday! Even though this was an unrelated issue to the duct cleaning he managed to get the heat working. That is great customer service. Really you can't go wrong with these guys!
