Paul, despite the shaky start due to me rescheduling the night before our appointment (thank you!), your two fellows have just left, and I would like to comment (positively) on what I saw.
They arrived on time and after a brief inspection of the house, got right to it. They cleaned inside the cold air returns, charging only an additional $5 for an extra vent! All access panels were removed and the whole system pressurized, swept and vaccumed and sanitized. Having had the ducts cleaned just a couple of years ago, your guys extraced about 2-3 pounds of old construction materials. Now, our house has never been reno'd so this was left behind! by the previous cleaning company!
Mat took the time to explain the whole process, and both fellows took off their shoes though I told them not to worry as there were no carpets where they were working.
Two and a half hours later, I have confidence that the job was finally done right, not by some uncertified contractor the the gas company would have sent for twice the price. A cleaning was recommended in 5 years, however, we will be calling before that!

Bob, I really appreciate you taking the time to send me over this email. It makes us feel good about what we do and glad you appreciate our work. Things happen, sometimes its us that have to postpone at the last minute, so it goes both ways. Glad we were able to get it done and work to each others schedule. There are hundreds of companies out that there do duct cleaning, only a handful that are certified and do it properly, but a lot of homeowners have no clue until it is shown first hand, like your situation. We make it fun to work, doing different charity donations, attending events with our mascot, and when we do the work, we make sure it is done properly, so people appreciate that.
