Hi Natalia, it was a pleasure meeting you. Every home is always different, some need the ductwork cleaned, some don't at that time. So why do a job that doesn't need to be done? As you know, we always inspect the system prior to cleaning. In your case, it didn't need a cleaning, but your dryer vent, that was a different story.
