New AC units

We had previously used 360 living 2 years ago and was very pleased with Haas and the installer. However, we recently use them again but Rod took over and he was not very professional. The job was late and he wasn't sure when it will be finished when we asked him. When the work was finished at 5:30 PM he asked for the final payment right away without informing us early. We didn't have the payment ready because our accountant left the office/city already. Anyhow, he was very rude and wouldn't give us any warranties paper. We tried to contact them for months but no responses. I hope Haas pick up this mess and resolve this properly.

New furnace and Air Conditioner

I had purchased a AC/Furnace from 360 Living Inc., at the end of may 2010. Haas the salesperson/owner at first was very kind. He came to make sure the installation was done properly and that everything was in working order.

Upon the weather getting cold we decided to turn on the furnace to heat our home. The furnace stopped working and the fuse would blow. I called Haas to come by and he came a day later. He ended up telling me to go buy new fuses and it will fix the problem. I bought new fuses they would blow and the furnace would continue to stop working a few days later.

I called Haas's cell phone personally and it was out of service along with 360 Living Inc.,. I tried both of his personal email addresses with no response. I then drove by his office to see if i could speak with them personally and they are no longer in business. If anyone deals with Haas or 360 Living i would suggest staying away.

I had to call another company to come in and to fix my furnace. They found that the humidifier wasn't even hooked up properly. When turned on, it would leak and the wiring was all done incorrectly causing the circuit board to blow the fuse.

If anyone comes across with Haas or 360 Living Inc (if they moved) i suggest staying clear.

replace airconditioners

Haas and his installer Jamal were outstanding. The service provided was top notch - thorough, professional and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Haas carefully assessed the needs to properly air condition my house. The installation was painless and professional. Jamal and Haas provided advice on how to lower my energy costs and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

Install went smoothly. I believe the installers were top notch. A/C is really making a difference to our bedroom and even beyond into the 2nd floor hall. Thank you very much.

Air Conditioner

We had a bit of a problem with not necessarily 360 Living, but the contractor that sold us the Air Con Unit. Very poor service, promised us that we'd be able to finance through them/Union Gas which turned out to be false. The contractor that sold us the unit forged our signature on the credit application. Then 360 living demanded us to pay for the unit in full, after they told us they fired the shady contractor and no where was he to be found. In hindsight, I would have not done business with these people.

We purchased a new Carrier high efficiency furnace and AC from 360 Living on June 3, 2011. They were kind enough to install the unit over the weekend.
Apart from very professional and timely installation, Haas, one of the owners, came to inspect the installation after it was complete to ensure proper installation and complete satisfaction. While performing his final inspection, he noted gas leakage from the hot water tank that was installed by Enbridge not long before. He took the initiative to contact Enbridge to advise them of the serious problem. The fact that Haas is a licensed gas fitter enabled him to fix the gas leak on the spot free of charge. Enbridge was most thankful for his efforts and offered us credit for four months of gas consumption. All that said we are not only happy but we are grateful with the product, the service and help that the 360 living team have provided. We would have no reservation recommending them to any homeowner.

Replacement of Air Conditioner

Day before bringing home my newborn baby I discovered my AC stopped working. I called 360 on a Friday afternoon and initially was told I would have to wait until Monday for a repairman but after explaining my situation I received a callback within minutes to say that someone would come out that same evening. They did and i had a new air-conditioner installed the following day. One thing I would have liked to have seen done better would be their ability to better diagnose/pinpoint the actual reason for failure on my old unit. Seeing how the ac was 11 yrs old I didn't want to pay alot of money on repairs only to find out that there were still problems after replacing the suspected part so i decided to go ahead with a new AC.

2 Fireplaces and AC Maintenance

I first worked with Haas and Christine at 360 2 years ago when I was finally putting in my dream gas fireplace. Christine listened to what I wanted and found me exactly the right option for my budget and home. Install was fast, tidy and professional. Haas returned a few weeks later to make sure all was good. This year I moved and again turned to 360 for another fireplace, with exactly the same service. I am already scheduled for my AC inspection and annual maintenance and I know that the service will be stellar. I have recommended the 360 team to friends, and even my contractor for another project he was working on. You will not be disappointed.
