We had been living with a dreadful, dank, moldy basement for some years. Neither myself nor my husband felt that we had the knowledge or competence to ask the right questions never mind make the choices necessary to go ahead with a renovation project. Quite by chance I stumbled on Reiner's name and biography and a few clicks of the mouse later, had set up an appointment. Reiner has been a steady presence throughout the work; from helping us to interview contractors,obtaining drawings and permits to solving big and small issues that came up along the way. Our initial investment has paid off many times both financially and in terms of stress reduction. We would not have been able to do it at all without Reiner's help. I'd also like to mention and say a special 'thank you' to May, Reiner's assistant. She is the most organised and competent P.A. you are likely to meet. Very many thanks to Reiner and his staff. Ours was a difficult renovation due to unforeseen structural problems in an old downtown property. Angel and his team saw us through it all in a calm, organised way. After all the horror stories about unscrupulous contractors, we were delighted to have such an honest hardworking professional group on our side. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend OVC without reservation for any project.We will certainly be using OVC again in the future. The service call was made promptly. The service person was very helpful in explaining the problem and the solution. It is an older furnace so needed a part to be ordered, the defective part was ordered and installed in two days I was really pleased with every aspect from start to finish and would definitely use 360 again
